All sessions are confidential and one-on-one. I adapt the length and depth of my courses according to each student's specific requirements but usually one hour a week works well. I can arrange intensive courses, for instance during holiday time.
The first hour is normally exploratory and helps to determine the aims of the course. Beyond that, I’d normally recommend a minimum of 4 hours if you want to cover the basics.

Individual long-distance
For students who find it difficult to travel, I can offer support by telephone. Study skills, study counselling and EFT sessions can be easily done over the phone and you can pay with Paypal (see below). If you do not have a flat long-distance rate, I will call you (national and most international should be OK).
I can also offer email support. One hour normally allows enough time for between 3 and 5 email exchanges. I keep a log in each exchange, so that you know how much time you have left.

Teleclass £9 (plus cost of call to UK landline - 020 number)
A teleclass is a one-hour group class held over the phone using conference call facilities. The class offers a space for students to volunteer their study difficulty. Typical issues covered in this class include fear of underperformance, exam anxiety and revision difficulties. You don’t have to speak in a teleclass if you don’t want to: you can just listen. You can also be totally anonymous and use a false name.

All you need to do is to join and you will get a simple form and Paypal application. The form is confidential and asks you for you name, email and a few details to help me tailor the class to your needs as far as possible. Once you’ve joined, I will send you the telephone number for the class.
Classes may include a round of EFT if this is requested on most forms. The group will follow a guided tapping procedure which should benefit all members. So it’s useful to familiarise yourself with the EFT tapping points below before taking this class.
